AirAsia will be adding flights to its current four India destination to Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad starting from April 2010. By end of 2010, AirAsia X will also be adding flights to Mumbai and Delhi. Besides that, this popular budget airline in Asia is also looking to fly to Delhi, Kolkata and Amritsar from Bangkok.
AirAsia had recently launched new routes/flights, including:
Udon Thani-Phuket: Four flights weekly starting December 21, 2009
Kuala Lumpur-Hong Kong: A new third daily flight starting January 21, 2010
Kota Kinabalu – Taipei: New direct flights daily starting January 15, 2010
